Executive Leadership Review
We partner with our clients to professionally assess current and future planned management competencies.
PKC work in partnership with our clients to determine a clear, easily communicated business strategy, mission and vision for the overall business, this will then be used as the common base line from which executive teams can be assessed. Management roles and objectives are defined along with identifying key areas for individual professional development. PKC work with you to create a transparent and open executive environment based on teamwork and achievement of mutually beneficial goals.
Strategic Alignment
PKC offer this service as an extension of an Executive Leadership Review. In the first stage we partner our clients at Director / CEO level to determine (and/or fine tune) realistic, relevant and achievable short and medium term action plans for the complete business encompassing every aspect from employee development through to financial performance.
The company action plans are then cascaded through to the Executive leadership team and then on through to the relevant management teams and their direct reports. The systems used for this process are simple, easily communicated and most importantly create strategic alignment within Executive team and organisations with the common base line always being the agreed higher level strategy, mission and vision for the business.
