Kevin Robinson - Managing Director

  • Kevin joined PKC in March 2002 where he is able to combine his 20 years of business experience and knowledge to practically assist and closely work with our clients.
  • Kevin has qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, and Logistics and has predominantly worked within the Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing sector with industry leader multinationals.
  • With significant experience gained in Business Unit Management and Operational roles, combined with Business Development responsibility in project engineering and application engineering, Kevin has a comprehensive working knowledge of business from an operations perspective which is invaluable when working strategically with senior management teams, or during the executive selection process.

Simon Coates - Director

  • Simon has been a member of the team and Director at PKC since May 2004
  • Prior to joining PKC Simon gained over 15 years experience roles ranging from Sales management, Branch / State Management, Business Development and General management within a range of businesses.
  • Simon has been exposed to diverse business environments ranging from small family owned companies to large publicly listed multinational corporations.
  • Combining qualifications in business management and marketing with practical grass roots business experience to focus on the delivery of professional services for our clients.

Mark Ward - Senior Client Advisor

  • Mark joined PKC in April 2011 after a career in industry spanning 27 years in a variety of senior management roles focussed on business development, sales, marketing and general management with both private and publicly listed companies.
  • Mark has qualifications in Applied Science, Business Management and Training. He has an extensive business background in Industrial and FMCG markets and can bring a wealth of practical knowledge to the executive selection process.
  • Combining a consultative, solutions based approach to business issues with high level mentoring and coaching skills, he will be a valuable asset to our clients as they manage their staffing needs.
